- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- Do you accept commissions?
Yes, we welcome commissions of any shape and size so please drop us an email with your thoughts.
- Can a piece be personalised?
Yes, certain pieces can be entirely personalised and others can just have a few bits and bobs. It could be a simple as the tube station you live in for London or as big as the entire LOVE being personalised (please note, prices vary) Please contact us to discuss what you'd like.
- I like the countries but one I want isn't shown, can it be made?
Of course! We love doing new countries and love doing the research for a new piece too so please do get in touch to enquire. The cost will vary when it is a bespoke piece.
